Brainstorming Creativity
The word creative is something that is positive, that encompasses what we all want to be and hope to be. Creativity is the life blood of business. This is what keeps the customers coming, the ideas flowing to make business more innovative and keeping up with technology.
Charles Dickens once said, “The whole difference between construction and creation is exactly this: that a thing constructed can only be loved after it is constructed, but a thing created is loved before it exists.” Creativity is what life is about, it’s about all things new.
When a group gets together to bring their thoughts and ideas together, they are bringing on brainstorming creativity, the sum of all the minds working together. Tapping into the treasures that are hidden deep in recesses of the mind, hiding, waiting for that chance to be heard without judgment or ridicule.
Brainstorming, creativity and imagination, what a trio and what possibilities await those that bring these three together. Innovation is in a partnership with creativity, it is the new ideas being put to work in problem solving, business marketing, proposals, and the list goes on
Brainstorming creativity is the facilitation of new companies rising up, development of a new product, new technology that is being creatively thought of daily. These are experts of innovation, the blood that keeps this world on their tip-toes. The creative forces that are being tapped into through the simple activity of brainstorming.
We need a way to tap into the creative vision of those that surround us, work with us, associate with us. There are creative thoughts going through our minds all the time, we just have not learned how to harness them, how to bring them to the surface, until we came along the lateral thinking process of brainstorming. Creativity is unleashed and realizing it does not have to held captive in the mind any longer. It is the facilitation of growth from without and within.
Every company will find brainstorming a tool of business innovation along with creating a team of successful employees who now feel part of the growth of the business. They see their ideas at work, feeling a sense of accomplishment and pride….that they have made a difference.
